A legal disclaimer
Bear Hobbies has the right to cancel or alter any condition prior to dispatch.
A contract will only be binding when the sales price has been re-checked to confirm any anomalies, as due to Bear's blindness and autism he sometimes transpose numbers and so this can not form any part of a binding contract.

If due to an error caused by his autism a price is incorrectly input onto the website then any and all associated offer will be rescinded and any monies received in connection with that error will be refunded at no cost to Bear, Bear Hobbies or the prospective purchaser.
Terms and conditions
Due to Bear being both blind and autistic neither he nor we at Bear Hobbies are liable for any errors and omissions made by Bear Hobbies for the errors of Bear.
Title to goods
Title of any goods will not pass to the prospective purchaser until both the correct purchase price has been acknowledged as being paid in full and the goods have also been acknowledged as being both sent to and received by said purchaser thus satisfying the contract and at that stage passing title to the goods to the purchaser.
